Refund & Dispute Policy

At Podpreneur, we value our customers and strive to provide reliable white-label chat solutions. This Refund & Dispute Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and disputes are handled.
1. Subscriptions & Payments
All payments for Podpreneur subscription plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually, depending on the plan chosen).
2. Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of your paid term.
Setup Fees & Customization: Any one-time setup or customization fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support at ahmed@thepodprenuer.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. Disputes
If you believe there is an error in billing, please contact us first at ahmed@thepodprenuer.com or call us at +1 771-213-3468. We will review the matter and work with you to resolve it quickly.
Customers are encouraged to reach out to us before initiating a dispute with their bank or payment provider. Unresolved disputes may result in suspension or termination of your account.
