Cancellation Policy

At Podpreneur, we want our customers to have full control over their subscriptions. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your plan.
1. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Logging into your account dashboard and selecting the cancellation option, or

2. Timing of Cancellation

Monthly Plans: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.

Annual Plans: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term. No partial refunds are provided unless cancellation is requested within 14 days of purchase (see Refund Policy).
3. Data & Access
Once your subscription ends, access to the chat platform will be disabled. We recommend exporting or saving any necessary data before cancellation.
